Lindsay Gee, General Manager
Lindsay Gee is headquartered in the US office and oversees all system and business development, long-term strategic planning, international expansion and global branding.
Mr. Gee joined IVS 3D in 1996 and opened the US office in 2003 to facilitate a closer working relationship with the Center for Coast and Ocean Mapping at UNH. He has worked in various sectors of the ocean mapping industry for over 25 years.

Mark Paton, Chief Technical Officer
Mark Paton is located in the Canadian office headquarters and is responsible for the overall Fledermaus product design and development, as well as leading the ongoing research and development activities. Prior to establishing IVS 3D, Mr. Paton was performing his graduate studies at the University of New Brunswick. The core functionality of the Fledermaus software suite originated from his studies at UNB. He continues to lead the development of new technologies with the Fledermaus software suite of products.
Larry Mayer, Non-Executive Director
Larry Mayer is a Professor at the Center for Coast and Ocean Mapping at UNH, and is also the Director of CCOM. A world leader in ocean mapping, he has an outstanding knowledge of the activity, technology and development across all sectors of the industry.
Although not involved in daily operations, Mr. Mayer is one of the original four founders of IVS 3D and provides significant input for the Fledermaus product and serves as an advisory role for market development.
Colin Ware, Non-Executive Director
Colin Ware is also a Professor at the Center for Coast and Ocean Mapping at UNH. Mr. Ware is the Director of the Data Visualization Research Laboratory at CCOM and a respected expert in human computer interaction and data visualization research and development.
Mr. Ware is one of the original four founders of IVS 3D and provides significant input to IVS 3D and also serves as an advisory role for market development.
Development
Danny Neville, Development General Manager
Danny Neville is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations
of the Fredericton office, as well as leading the Fledermaus
development team.
Danny joined IVS 3D in March 2000 as a Programmer Analyst, moving to a
Project Manager position in 2006, and then to his current position in
2007. Prior to joining IVS3D, Danny completed a degree in Computer
Science at UNB.
Graeme Sweet, Chief Software Designer/Developer
Graeme Sweet works directly with the Canadian Office and leads the design of Fledermaus and related software products. Graeme brings a strong background in Human Computer Interaction, along with expertise in interactive 3D computer graphics. Prior to joining IVS 3D completed his Masters in Computer Science at UNB.
Maurice Doucet, Chief System Architect
Maurice Doucet works directly with the Canadian and US office to focus on a joint project with the Center for Coastal & Ocean Mapping at the University of New Hampshire. The project addresses the data extraction, analysis and visualization of water column data from single beam and multibeam sonars. His primary role also focuses on creating application interfaces that are user friendly and intuitive.
Prior to joining IVS 3D, Mr. Doucet was the Chief Technology Officer for Triton Imaging where he was responsible for leading the development of sonar acquisition and processing software.
Sales
Bill McKernan, Vice President Sales and Marketing
Bill McKernan is located in the US office and oversees IVS 3D's worldwide distribution channel, implements international expansion strategies, and directs sales processes, and monitors global branding.
Mr. McKernan joined IVS 3D in 2004 as a Marketing Director and was promoted to Vice President of Sales and Marketing in 2006.
Prior to joining IVS 3D, McKernan has held senior sales & marketing positions at
Ecora Software, Candle Corporation, NetManage, and EMC.
He has a bachelor's degree from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA and is actively involved in the alumni association.

Duncan Mallace, EMEA Regional Director
Duncan Mallace oversees IVS 3D's EMEA office located in Cropredy, Oxfordshire in the United Kingdom. Mr. Mallace directs the day-to-day operations as well as managing all sales and support functions for Fledermaus clients located in the EMEA region. He also directs product distribution, training for resellers in this region, and serves as a representative for IVS 3D at local assemblies and trade shows.
Mr. Mallace opened the EMEA regional office with IVS 3D in 2007.
Mr. Mallace is also the Managing Director of NetSurvey, a multibeam specialist hydrographic survey company.
Douglas Bergersen, Asia-Pac Regional Director
Dr. Douglas Bergersen oversees all sales and support functions for Fledermaus clients located in the Asia-Pacific region. Located in Sydney, Australia, Dr. Bergersen also directs product distribution, training for resellers in this region, and serves as a representative for IVS 3D at local assemblies and trade shows.
Dr. Bergersen was certified as an instructor by IVS 3D in 2006, and was named Asia-Pac Regional Director in 2008.
Dr. Bergersen continues to act as Director of Acoustic Imaging, a geophysical consulting company servicing the Australia and New Zealand region. He graduated from the University of Hawaii with a MSc. and Ph.D in Marine Geology and Geophysics, and then migrated to Australia where he has worked in the offshore industry since 1995.
